1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ke4444 website, mobile site, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by ke4444 ("we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account and must cease using the Platform immediately. ke4444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

2. Eligibility

Access to ke4444 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close associate of ke4444 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by ke4444 for breach of these Terms.

ke4444 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be permanently closed, any winnings will be forfeited, and deposits will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for return.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active account on the ke4444 Platform at any time. Registering, or attempting to register, more than one account is a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes. ke4444 is not responsible for account access issues arising from outdated contact details provided by the account holder.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in — whether or not authorised by you — will be treated as your own activity and subject to these Terms.

ke4444 may require you to complete identity verification ("KYC") before processing withdrawals or at any other point deemed necessary. Acceptable documents typically include a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driver's licence. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ke4444 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

All deposits are credited to your ke4444 wallet in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are generally processed instantly for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. ke4444 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted during standard operating hours are typically processed within one business hour for mobile wallet methods. ke4444 does not charge a withdrawal fee, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits made to ke4444 must be used for gaming activity. ke4444 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if it suspects the deposit is being made for purposes other than legitimate gaming, including but not limited to money laundering or abuse of bonus promotions.

5. Account Balances and Currency

All account balances on ke4444 are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). ke4444 does not hold player funds in any foreign currency. Real-money balances held in your account are kept separate from ke4444's operational funds. Bonus balances are tracked separately from real-money balances and are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 6.

ke4444 does not pay interest on account balances. Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. ke4444 will attempt to contact the account holder via the registered mobile number or email address before applying any dormancy policy. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

ke4444 offers various promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, BPL, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless explicitly overridden by the specific terms of a named promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered account holders only. Bonuses are not transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific promotion) must be wagered before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on the promotion page.
• Bonuses must be claimed and used within the validity period stated in the specific promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited.
• ke4444 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed. Once claimed and credited, the applicable wagering requirements remain in effect.
• If ke4444 has reasonable grounds to believe that a bonus is being abused — through coordinated play, use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or other exploitative activity — ke4444 reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void any winnings derived from it, and take further action including permanent account closure.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, device, or IP address.

7. Game Rules and Betting

All games available on the ke4444 Platform — including live casino tables, slot games, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the rules specific to each game or market. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager. Game-specific rules are accessible within the game interface or via the FAQ section.

ke4444 works exclusively with established, internationally recognised game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ke4444 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal entertainment gaming.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through the use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker-format games.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical faults in the Platform. Any winnings derived from a known fault must be reported immediately and will be deemed void.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Abusing the ke4444 customer support team with threatening, abusive, or discriminatory language.

9. Responsible Gaming

ke4444 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. ke4444 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Time-out periods: Players may request a temporary break from the Platform lasting between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break may request a self-exclusion of 6 months or more. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened within the exclusion period.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ke4444 Platform — including but not limited to the ke4444 brand name, logo, website design, written content, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of ke4444 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ke4444 content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of ke4444 intellectual property may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

ke4444 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable measures to ensure uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or downtime. ke4444 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses incurred as a result of gameplay, including losses arising from reliance on any information or statistics displayed on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ke4444's total liability to you in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Account Closure

You may request closure of your ke4444 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be refunded to your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees and subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure unless they have already been converted to withdrawable funds through completion of wagering requirements.

ke4444 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory compliance requirements. In such cases, ke4444 will provide notice where reasonably practicable, although immediate closure without notice may occur where ke4444 determines that continued access to the account poses a financial or security risk.

14. Amendments to These Terms

ke4444 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ke4444 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or on-site notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

15. Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for reference purposes, the English version shall take precedence in all matters of interpretation and enforcement.
